About me

I am a Microsoft Power Platform developer and data professional with a background in statistics and data analytics. I design business applications, automate workflows, and build data-driven solutions that help teams replace manual and legacy processes with systems that are secure, maintainable, and easy to use.

Background and education

My path into technology runs through mathematics and data. I studied Mathematics Education in Ghana, Statistics at Rutgers University, and Biostatistics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. That training taught me to work carefully with structured data, to ask what the numbers actually show, and to explain results clearly. I bring those habits to every application I design.

Professional journey

I began in operations, using system data and reports to find bottlenecks and supporting the testing and rollout of technology-enabled processes. Seeing where tools fell short led me to build the solutions myself. I moved into data analysis and Power Platform development, creating model-driven apps, Power Apps, and cloud flows on Dataverse, working with SharePoint, and using Power BI, SQL, Python, and R for reporting and analysis.

A recurring focus has been modernization: replacing legacy InfoPath and SharePoint-based solutions and migrating their data to Dataverse and other platforms, including moving a system off Oracle. Along the way I have given technical guidance on Power Platform architecture, security, and application lifecycle management, and I have trained colleagues to adopt the tools.

How I work

I start with the business process and the data behind it. I work with stakeholders to gather requirements, model the data so it can be secured and reported on, then build and test applications and automation in separate environments before release. I pay attention to security, lifecycle management, and the people who will use the solution, including training and support after launch.

Professional interests

The areas I enjoy most are where business processes, data, and technology meet.
